Hey Sasha, I enjoyed reading your blog post. I totally understand when you talk about synchronous vs asynchronous learning and how with asynchronous, you can sometimes forget what you need to do. It is easy to remember what is due when you are in person in class because you are reminded and since you have to be present in the class you are more likely to remember things that are due. With online classes you may miss a lecture or forgot to read something and it can totally slip your mind. Personally with being full time in school I find it hard to remember everything in all my classes. I like that you print out all you syllabuses and have reminders on your phone that is very helpful. Online vs in person has its advantages like you said the freedom to move at your own pace and have a flexible schedule can be beneficial to some students. If you are unable to get to a recording in the morning you have the option to do it later in the day which can eliminate stress. Thanks for the post hope your semester is going well!
